5. Test runA parallel or dummy payroll with test data. You check outputs before go-live.
6. Shared channelA named contact and a shared channel (Slack or email) for your ops team.
7. First hiresQuote, contract and registration for the first employees, then the first live payroll.
8. Monthly reviewSLA report and open issues every month during the first quarter.
